ABOUT US
At CHM Developments Ltd. we are specialists in delivering top-quality construction services to both domestic and commercial customers alike. Our founder and Director, Chip Mitchell, has worked in the construction industry his entire life, and after earning his degree in Building Surveying, Chip leveraged his knowledge and experience to establish CHM in 2017. Since then, we have grown from a company with just one vehicle and an employee, to a team of over 20 employees with our own state-of-the-art fleet, plant and machinery, and an extensive network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors. We continue to carry out work throughout Kent from our base in Headcorn, having relied almost solely on word of mouth recommendations - proving there is no better advertisement than a happy customer!
